“Meeting the grower of an ingredient, I’m always fascinated by the way it brings a new dimension to my work. 

Central Nuts, down the road from me in Alexandra, delivered all the extra inspiration I needed to take back to the studio. It was a wonderful experience to wander through their orchard on a sunny autumn day, amongst Hazelnuts, Walnuts and Pine Nuts.
