Massey’s love of bronze casting began whilst studying at Ilam, Canterbury University. Professor Beadle later introduced Massey to the medal art form at Elam, Auckland University. She is a founding member of the MANZ group.
Massey participated in the XXIX FIDEM Congress & Biennale in Seixel, Lisbon, Portugal in 2005 and again in 2006/7 at the 4th Seixel Biennale. Christine is the MANZ FIDEM Delegate
Having lived, worked and exhibited in Australia, USA, England and NZ, her works are to be found in many private collections. Massey considers all her work to be drawings in process. They are random yet repetitive in nature.
